Front door leading into the spacious hall with staircase, doors to Lounge: with 39" HD Smart TV and DVD player, comfortable sofas, two armchairs, bay window and fireplace with woodburner. Open plan kitchen/diner: with large table to seat 8, patio doors leading out to the rear courtyard garden, door to Utility Room: with washing machine, fridge with freezer box and sink. Step up to the Kitchen: with induction hob and double electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box and dishwasher. Shower Room: walk in shower cubicle, WC, and washbasin. Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds (can be zipped together to create Kingsized bed – please advise upon booking if required), wardrobe. Staircase leading to first floor landing, with door to Principal Double bedroom: with Kingsized bed with Smart TV, feature fireplace, wardrobe and Ensuite: with shower cubicle, WC and Washbasin. Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds, wardrobe and feature fireplace. Double bedroom: with Kingsize bed, Smart TV and wardrobe. Single bedroom: with single bed.
