Greatest Birthday Gift

This trip was to spend the weekend with our daughter and her family for my birthday… This was our second stay at the Casita and it truly feels like our home away from home! It’s the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of work. Tanya is a great and attentive hostess! Highly recommended the Casita to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with all the comforts of home!

Beautiful and peaceful

This was a great property. House was fully stocked with everything you could need. It was in very good condition as well. The property was beautiful and in very good condition. All the animals we gentle and photogenic. Highly recommend

Was a nice place

Overall, the place was nice. Seemed the owner disliked that I smoked. I tossed the empty butts in the trash, as to not litter the property, and this apparently convinced them that I smoked in the house. They used this as a reason to file an insurance claim against vrbo despite the fact that no one smoked in the house.

Relaxing stay

So nice, the property is amazing, calming atmosphere, beautiful pool, and the host is absolutely wonderful. They have animals on the property; donkeys, horses, goats, chickens, and a goose, too. I will definitely book here again in the future.

Merry Christmas!

My Wife & I had the pleasure of staying at the Cozy Casita at Breezy Acres this past weekend while celebrating an early Christmas with our Daughter, Son-in-law and our amazing Grandchildren! Our Host was very flexible in working with us and our schedule & pets to make this special weekend happen for us! The Cozy Casita has all the comforts of home that with a county touch to include visits from a friendly guard goose! My wife and I will be returning to the Cozy Casita every time we visit our Daughter & Family!

Perfectly relaxing!!!

This place is amazing!! The grounds are beautiful, and the casita has everything anyone could ever need. Everything was spotless and well kept, and the pool was perfect. I stayed alone, and I felt so safe and relaxed. I love to be outside, and one thing I loved was that there was always shade close by the casita, no matter the time of day. I could go on and on about all the things I loved about this beautiful place, from the amazing shower (with water pressure!!!), the great layout of the home, to the cute coasters! This is truly a perfect place to stay. Tanya was a great host, quickly answering my questions before booking and available by phone throughout my stay. She lives on the property and is extremely friendly while also respecting your privacy. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely book again.

Wonderful!

Everything was great. The pool, the setting, the sweet animals, etc. It’s only 15-20 minutes away from Austin College (which was the reason for our visit). Fully stocked kitchen, lots of nice details, relaxing and safe environment. Strong Wi-Fi for work if needed.

Very quiet property on a ranch!

The property was very quiet & peaceful on a horse ranch that had chickens, roosters, goats, donkeys, full size and miniature horses. The house was really nice and clean had a large screen TV with lots of channels to watch, fully stocked kitchen with cofee maker, cups & regular & decaf coffees. The bathroom was very large, had a shower with extremely hot water, washer and dryer, and the pool was very relaxing and large. The property is behind a secured electronic gate and we felt so secured there, we never use the key when we left to eat, we left the property unlocked. The property is in a very good place because most all the surrounding little towns are anywhere from six to 12 miles away with lots of Homestyle restaurants and Mexican restaurants that we found to be very good. There was plentiful parking and our T-Mobile cell phones work great at this location and the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this property for a couples getaway.

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the casita, very private with a lot of access to the pool so we were able to swim everyday which was very nice. Owner was ver accessible at all times. Thanks Tanya for an enjoyable stay on your beautiful property!

Family Visit

Fun In The Sun

The pool was clean, and the temperature was great, and close to the Casita. The house had everything we needed. The washer and dryer worked well and were used a lot to keep up with the wet swimsuits and towels. The bed was comfortable, with nice sheets. The shower was clean and the water pressure was good. There was a lot of space to put away your items and hang up clothes, with hangers included. The kitchen is very nice and had a lot of useful spices, oils, pots, and pans. We also enjoyed using the toaster oven, microwave and mini waffle maker. We rested while watching Netflix on their nice smart tv. The area is nice and in the country, while close enough to town to enjoy a quick outing. We enjoyed the food from The Sage Cafe, including the desserts. The Harber Wildlife Museum was quite amazing too. The owners are thoughtful and helpful and we all loved the honey they shared with us. We also appreciated the safety measure of the locked gate and locked Casita. Thank you for making our week long trip so much fun!

Excellent, We Plan to Return

We really enjoyed our stay in The Casita on Breezy Acres. Tanya and Jed are great hosts, as are Dim, Sum, Ziggy, and all the other friendly animals. The farm is peaceful and relaxing, the pool is wonderful, the rental is perfect, and the stars at night are big and bright. We plan to return when we're in the area visiting family again.

Weekend Getaway

Great get away from the city

Had a great weekend at the casita. The animals were fun to have around especially Earl! Property owner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place !
