“There’s not a lot that can be said about Tumbleweed Cottage that hasn’t been said before - really is a rarity to find somewhere that ticks all the boxes from quality of bed and bedding to fabulously prepared fresh breakfast- not my first stay and certainly won’t be my last !!

The apartment we stopped in is definitely getting a little tired with a few repairs required however it has everything you want and nothing you don’t need. Would recommend for those transiting through Mansfield. The area (given I grew up there) is one of the better areas of Mansfield and the property is gated so nice and secure.”

“There was lots of parking available. Check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful in pointing out where our room could be found and where the spa could be accessed near our room. Having three single beds in one room is a really good idea for three adults to share - I went with my two daughters and none of us wanted to share a double bed so three singles in a room was exactly what we needed. Friendly and helpful staff and our room was clean and cosy.
Breakfast was okay, but would've like to have seen a selection of mini cakes/biscuits and fresh fruits to the selection, just to give more of a variety and also some fresh juice in addition to the cordial, tea and coffee on offer.
However an enjoyable and pleasant stay and would love to return. ”

“I had a lovely stay at the Best Western Plus West Retford Hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the historic building adds a lot of charm. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent—fresh and well-prepared. Only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit basic compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Would definitely return!”

"Otroligt centralt hotel mitt i Sheffields stadskärna. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Mycket fint och tyst hotellrum, finns ingenting att klaga på. Toppen betyg på detta hotell. Kommer definitivt välja detta hotell igen om jag behöver bo på hotell när jag är i Sheffield och hälsar på familj. "
