“After calling in ahead of time to ask if air conditioning was operational in rooms in 34-40 C heat and assured all was well, we experienced VERY poorly working a/c with no assistance to fix the issue after complaining. Our stay was uncomfortable; we were unable to sleep in the warm room. The facilities were not well maintained/ cleaned during a busy weekend while several sports teams were staying at the hotel. As well, the maintenance person who supposedly tried to fix the a/c in our absence...

“It is a good value hotel. It would be nice to have a comfortable outdoor area at the back of the property, away from the smoking area. Breakfast was decent.”

“Very pleasant relaxing atmosphere in reception area, helpful staff, easy to park, large room with a very comfortable bed, 2 comfortable sofa chairs, a table & desk with office chair. Plenty of plug-ins, 2 sinks.”

“This is a fave hotel for our family. It is reasonably priced, the pool and slides are great for young kids, the attached pub has decent food (a little pricey), and the staff are fantastic. The rooms are always clean and well taken care of and the staff are honestly some of the best and I travel a lot for work. Definitely recommend it. ”

“I had some difficulty understanding the lady who checked us in as she had an obvious speech impediment and an accent. She booked us into the wrong room and we then had to move once it was realized. The flags that fly over the hotel were in tatters and needed replacing. The back door to the parking lot was not closed every time we came into the hotel (4x) . It would not self close upon using. ”

“The room was fine but not entirely clean and smelled like dog urine, The elevator and common areas were filthy. The breakfast had 3 items, one of which was labeled “meat”. Fine but it worth $180/night. It was 1 star above a Motel 6.”
