“Breakfast, coffee and cereal/fruit or bagel,I was fined $52 for smoking in the room. I DID'NT smoke in the room, I smoked outside, put the cigarette butt in my pocket and went back to my room to pack and checkout. I threw the butt in the trash in the room. Housekeeping took a picture of THAT, said there was hazy smoke on the air (2 hours later, after I checked out) and insisted that I smoked in the room I am appalled and angry that they are basically calling me a liar, and I will have my bank...

“Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night!
