“What a great hotel. The manager was fabulous. We were upgraded to a villa for the week. Spacious room and bed was very comfortable. Right next to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was grand. Thanx Liri. ”
“Amazing island with dreamy beaches and spectacular wild life. Snorkeling was great and very convenient - we experienced loads of rays, turtles and different fishes. Food was better than expected, except from Christmas Day lunch (disaster to an outrageous high price - but no alternatives available so we had to attend to get lunch). Rooms simple but ok. No AC, fan worked ok. Shower pressure good! Beds not very comfortable. But the main focus was the outdoors so all in all a wonderful experience....
“One of the rooms they put us in had a damaged front door which we found out it was damaged the night before , the manger try to screw the door back together but it was busted so they not only moved us but also next door as they had there door kick. The other room was ok but had a smell and didn’t have a smoke detector just the mounting plate.”
“The Reef hotel got what you need without a gold star. Wifi, breakfast, a small gym (dumbells and treadmill), a roof top pool etc. Gladstone it self is a kind of grey village. Stayed there to catch a boat to Heron Island.”

Floor was dirty and gritty
Blankets had evidence of pet hairs and beds were not made up in the 2nd room when they knew we were 3 Adults
Screen door was off the hinges and in need of repair
