Perfect location right next to Hakodate Station and the morning market. Excellent service including a desk for sending luggage to next accomodation. Very clean and modern hotel right next to the station. Fantastic view over central Hakodate from our room on the 11th floor. We stayed at Junior suit but the room looked like has not been used for some time and it was super dusty many places. Toilet was not cleaned enough and smelled really stinky. The worse was the air conditioner. We run 16 degrees but the room was never cooled enough. We finally decided to leave ...
