There was only this one lady(staff she was knitting )that spoke to everyone except for me and my family, and my child dropped the piece of paper, not noticing, but the lady picked it up so aggressively as if she was aggravated with us being down there eating breakfast”

One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. “We booked two rooms for one night before we few back home from Richmond airport (about 25min). This hotel wasn't that close to the airport. The rooms were very large (like a studio apartment) and had a refrigerator, stove, sink, and all the items needed in a kitchen. It had some amenities..hair dryer and soap but no shampoo or any "extras." One of our rooms was perfect no complaints. “Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs”

“Our family spent just one night att Days Inn and it was just fine. The location near the shoppingmall was perfect. A big hug to the fantastic staff that did us the great service and sent us our sons Nintendo-game that he had left in the safe in the room!. They arranged so that the game was sent back to us in Sweden and that was much more than we expected! Many thanks from Ystad!”
