âThe hotel was in a great location. The Car park beside, was very busy, so be mindful if you have a car to park. Bring Cash, as the systems were down. Hotel was very clean, beds were good.â

âThis hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us.
The rooms were very clean and the staff couldnât be more accommodating.
The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers.

âEverything about this wonderful hotel situated in the heart of the Old City in Baku can be recommended. The staff were all very warm, friendly, most helpful, and professional. We were able to return from exploring and discovering the many beautiful sites of Azerbaijan back to the comfort of a lovely room â with balcony â overlooking the cobbled streets of the City.â
âExcellent location in the Old City. If possible book the signature room with a view to the Maiden Tower. Good service, comfortable, spacious rooms and good though monotonous breakfast. Maybe a good idea to give some of the staff a crash course in Englishâ
âGood service. Breakfast was not as good as we wanted. Staff did not want to add more even if it was an hour left until it was over. TV did not work in our room.

âShah palace hotel i Baku Azerbaijan is a true joy to be in , we were with couple of friends there stayed 5 days and every day was more fun then the previous one. The day starts with an AMAZING breakfast with wonderful kitchen staff and Breakfast manager. there us a wonderful SPA, AND GYM over all its a 10 out of 10 . â
