“This newly renovated hotel is a beautiful gem in a residential neighbourhood near Lake Ontario. The renovation is gorgeous, a spectacular reimagining of a Victorian space. The room was small but very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Bed linens and mattress of very high quality. It's a great option if you are visiitng your kid at Queen's or in town to enjoy the downtown—the location is about halfway between the main part of the campus and the downtown strip. We loved it and will be back...

“Everything was what we would expect. Very nice stay. I especially liked getting into the room and seeing the TV on with my name and a nice message. It’s usually the little things that make it memorable. We also love the rooms with the patio.
What I didn’t like but ended up being a non-issue was that we had less than one roll of toilet paper in our room. There should always be a spare roll. ”

“We stayed in one of the Fantasy Suites and it was so much fun! The champagne and chocolate strawberries were a lovely touch. All the staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is a very quick and easy drive into the downtown core, or anywhere in Kingston you'd like to go. We will be back again for sure!”

“After a long drive it was great to arrive to a calm lobby. This is one of the most quietest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. Unfortunately we had to leave early the next morning. We were willing to stay longer! We’ll be back. ”
“The girl behind the front desk was great, and very helpful making suggestions for breakfast the next morning. Our room was very cute, with pine furniture, and wood details on the walls. We were very pleased to find cabinets stocked with real cups, glasses, and plates for the snack we had brought along. For nature lovers, there was a nice little trail to a pond on the property. We would definitely recommend. ”
