“Very nice hotel right next to the Marutamachi subway station. Was upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival, staff were very helpful and accommodating and the amenities were outstanding. Loved the additional touch with the complimentary local snacks and beverages. Would recommend!”

“The hotel was beautiful and so clean. Front desk attendants were professional, kind, and very helpful in answering all of our questions. They provided pajamas and slippers for in room use as they request all shoes be taken off and left at the door. We loved that the elevator opened straight to our room. The room was so spacious. We highly recommend as you will be very pleased. ”

“Was very impressed by this hotel since we've never checked into a no reception desk hotel before. Everything was communicated well. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. We had no reason to call for housekeeping for anything additional although they were there daily. They had an ebike/scooter in front of the hotel so that was very convenient. It was also tucked into the alley and that provided a good feel of the lifestyle. And yes, there is a Japan tax that will need to be paid at...
