“The room was nice.. but we are seniors and i am a disabled veteran.. and the lady at the front desk put us on the Third floor.. no elevator.. so i told her or situation we are both 75 years old..we got the room on Expedia i asked for a room on bottom floor and she first said they had none.. and she blamed Expedia for the reason we are on the 3rd floor.. so then she said we could stay on the first floor if we wanted to pay an extra $10 per night.. I said I thought you said you had no rooms on the...

First, we got a room at second floor where we could hear the lift, then we got a room where there was some engine sound, probably from ground floor. Did not sleep much that night. Breakfast was nice, but this hotel is too highly priced compared to what you get.”

“We enjoy staying here when traveling to Table Rock Lake. Its near all things Branson but also close enough to the lake. It has clean and comfortable rooms. We enjoy the breakfast buffet.”

“We had a misunderstanding at check in about a deposit but was resolved the next morning. Pretty typical breakfast but the breakfast room was clean and neat. The breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful. We thought our room had a soured smell maybe needed a air filter changed and the cleanliness of the room was okay not exceptional.”
