“We had booked a 13 hour bus trip to the Cliffs of Moher but got off in Galway and had booked a night at the Skeffington Arms Hotel. It's perfectly located for Shop Street, the main street in Galway. Also convenient distance to the walking paths along the River Corrib that divides the city on the way to Galway Cathedral and just a few minutes walk to the bus and train station. “A really clean, modern, fresh hostel with a very high standard! It felt new and renovated with personal touches, and the dorms were also clean and comfortable. Each bed had a good curtain blocking out light, a lamp and sockets for charging and the sleep was really good. The bathroom was also clean and modern, and the kitchen had everything you need. I had a great stay! ”

“Jätteskön säng, bra tryck i duschen och rymligt rum. Trevlig personal. Mysigt med litet bibliotek. Ligger centralt utan att ligga mitt i smeten.”

“The best hostel I've ever stayed at. Clean, super friendly staff, great breakfast included, towel included (should be at all hostels but isnt). Would stay here every time I visit Galway!”

“Litet rum men ok för en natt! Fint städat och jättebra läge mitt i stan! Parkeringshus runt hörnet. Rekommenderas!”

“Perfekt läge att utforska Galway. Litet rent och trevligt, men extremt små rum som kräver att man klättrar över varandra när man ska ut sängen”

“Wonderful staff and place, would love to come back!”

I happened to visit during one of the warmest weeks of July and made full use of the pool, sauna, and cold plunge several times a day. Not only were these facilities practical and refreshing, but the entire area was beautifully designed and felt like a genuine luxury retreat. The hotel's design is exceptional throughout. The...
