âThis is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are clean. The service is impeccable, and the products!! The signature scent is to die for. It is now a part of my life. I had to buy a candle on the way out and have already visited the online store for body wash and lotion. Well done. There are a lot of choices in Chicago, but this is now my go to. Will definitely be back!â

âGreat staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add.
The room is like all other chain hotel, itÂŽs like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed.
The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the...

âFörsta gĂ„ngen i stan och tĂ€nkte oss promenad, mat och vila. Blandat snö, sol och regn. Men det gick bra Ă€ndĂ„.
Hotellet visade sig vara stort. Trodde det var mindre. PÄ helgen var det uppklÀdda ungdomar som hade fest och det varade hela natten med spring i korridoren, bankande i dörrar och gallskrikande tjejer. Ingen kul upplevelse.

â I wished i had known about the microwave. And the refrigerator was full size! These are great features to know about. I appreciate the fact that they have parking but it was inconvenient to find out their lot was full and I'd have to use a parking garage ($$). That was unexpected and not fun finding out after hours of traveling. I liked the amenities even if it was a take and go breakfast selection. Free bottles of water and coffee were also niceties to appreciate. â

Coffee station only available for a specified time in the morning. I wish that was open, but I'm not complaining. Staff is friendly and helpful. Other guests are as well, so the clientele is a plus, reassuring for future stays. I will return. â

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "
"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"
