“We were there to attend a concert at the amphitheater in the Mystic Lake Casino. The property has multiple dining options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint about the property is that in the amphitheater there were only 7 stalls in the woman's bathroom which caused us to miss part of the concert because we had to waiting for a long time in line. For an amphitheater that seats 2100 people that unacceptable. ”

“Took my teenage students to Minneapolis for the week. Room was comfortable with a pull out couch to accommodate the third child. There was a shuttle to the Mall regularly. Pool area was large with different things for different ages. Breakfast was filling, loved the latte machine. Every employee was courteous, kind, and dealt with requests promptly.”

“Overall a great Hotel and a great experience. Loved the shuttle service to the airport and Mall of America. The hotel is in walking distance to a few restaurants, not that far from Walmart, and had a type of funplex attached. The only con I have is not at the fault of the establishment totally. I just so happened to be there during some type of tournament that brought out a lot of families. With being given a joined room at times it got loud.”

“Such a clean and nice place to stay. We weren't thrilled about paying for parking as it was one of the required amenities I checked off on the hotels.com list. They offered us small bags of chips and bottled water as well. Very kind. The two employees we dealt with were both very kind gentlemen. The pool was great as well. We also appreciated the location as there is food within walking distance and a Wal-Mart across the road. We will be back if needed.”
