“Poor service from the personnel. Service level lower than what I'm used to in Europe. Even though a beautiful and cool hotel, it's not modern. No USB ports in the rooms so bring a plug. The sound level in the room is really loud, 40 dB measured with my phone (comes from refrigerator, ventilation, AC). Sounds from other rooms and the hallway is really clear.”

“We stayed here to see a comedian perform at The Riverside Theater. Parking options were valet or several public parking garages/lots right across the street and/or nearby. We happened to be getting married the following day and the desk agents congratulated us and comped us $20 coupons to the onsite restaurant and access to the executive lounge, which was a very kind and pleasant surprise.
The property was incredibly nice and clean. It was quiet and we were greeted each time we came and left....

“Room was nice size. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room included buffet breakfast which was ok. Scrambled eggs dry. Waffles soggy But oatmeal and bagels were good. Some fruit and yogurt option also. Evening has an option to order food from the bar area with a limited menu. But accommodating bar tenders. Parking is $36 Getting from garage into hotel can be confusing. Not marked very well. Location for the Miller Life Theater was 2 blocks and easy walk. I would stay there again, but probably...
