The back of the house opens to a creek and pond with Rainbow Lake just beyond. Fish off the dock, paddle the kayaks, or walk to the marina. Yard is open to the water, so keep an eye on kids and pets near the edge.

Chef's kitchen stocked with coffee, salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, paper towels. Fast Wi-Fi (300mbps), full A/C and heat year-round, washer and dryer, workspace.

We're the Schnepp family from Gilbert. This is a real home we use ourselves and rent out the rest of the year — message us and we'll make it right.

Our stay was amazing! The property is very-well equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable with high-end finishes-I felt like I was visiting a friend’s house. Rainbow Lake is a short walk over the dam. The private pond is right outside the house. We fished in both the lake & pond, catching mostly catfish. It’s a beautiful lake with lots of wildlife. Two geese visit out front daily. There are 4 fishing poles in the garage too! There is a filtration system in the house & soap/shampoo in all of the bathrooms. The den/game room upstairs was a great room with additional TV, card table, & massage chair! The cool mountain air was just what we needed.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! Our kids 5 and 7 loved all the activities in the house. It was wonderful to see them playing board games, relaxing and enjoying lake. I really appreciated the hosts attention to detail when it comes to having “extras” like shampoo/conditioner/body soap as well as batteries for emergencies. We would highly recommend staying here to others and we would book this location in the future!
