“Restaurant services were very nice, staff at service were very soft spoken and supportive. But staff at reception were pathetic and arrogant, they think like as you owe to them and will give a damn to serve you. Rooms are very compact and suffocative, windows are opening in corridors. Cleanliness is good. Wi-Fi is also not so appreciative, intermittent disconnections you may find. Overall not recommended to stay.”

“The club room was spacious and excellent. It was on the ground floor. It had a nice lounge area in the room. The breakfast was good and service was excellent. Staff need to make sure there are enough toilet rolls in the room. It was very convenient as we attended a wedding at Kesarval. Thanks. Will stay there again.”

Despite its serene setting, it is centrally located within walking distance of the Basilica of Bom Jesus. “Very good service and rooms”

“Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money ”

“Hotellet vinner dina höga poäng p g a personalen och servicen. Alla är mycket hjälpsamma och rara. Daglig städning och en avkopplande balkong mot innergården. Vi fick två extra madrasser på golvet då vi reser med våra två barn, 16 och 20 år gamla. Låg lite off kände vi. Lite långt till både strand och restauranger så man blir beroende av transport. Av bekvämlighet så beställde vi delivery från de rekommenderade restaurangerna - jättegott. Vi tog vår jetlag här i fyra nätter ich det var skönt....

“Clean room, new hotel facilities with cooperative staff. Airconditioned room with tea and coffee maker. Morning breakfast with bread butter, omlette, poha, tea and coffee. Detox water with infused fruit slices, pudina, lemon slices for drinking”

“Arrived to a room smelling strong of urine. Didn’t get a connected room until last day, despite being promised one upfront. The elevator didn’t work for 3 of 4 days when we stayed. The baby crib was a joke (looked homemade) and didn’t have a mattress. The canteen staff said that our nanny had to pick up the baby chair herself while holding the baby. Not enough baby chairs in the restaurant. The Ines they had was disgusting, full of black mold and looked like they had never been cleaned. Luggage...

“Wow what a brilliant hotel exceptional wish I could give it a better review it’s worth more than 5 stars!!! We have come since it opened last year this is our second year staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff go up & beyond to ensure your stay is the best you can have nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are so friendly & helpful from front desk to restaurant/chefs to housekeeeping all brilliant do such a great job I can’t rate them highly enough! ”

“Hotellet var OK om än slitet och tråkigt. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam, de i restauangen talade dock nästan ingen engelska. Problemet med det här hotellet är att det ligger mitt ute i ingenstans. Ingen strand, ingen by, ingen vacker utsikt, ingenting, bara en gles skog och en smal dammig väg. Man undrar var man är någonstans. (Hotellet arrangerar bilresor till närmaste strand Betalbatim/Colva några gånger om dagen.)”

“The view from the room was outstanding, with green fields, water buffalo and the sounds of birds. The sea was just a short stroll away and was glorious. The pool was lovely and clean, although there weren't many sun beds and only one umbrella. The staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. ”
