Hello Veronica,Thank you for drawing attention to all of the excellent reviews for Darwin's Townhouse, they are very important to us and how we strive to maintain and improve as a 'delightful place to stay'. It is also important for us to address any concerns and so after expressing your disappointment at the room which you had booked online, we were able to offer you the complimentary upgrade which you accepted immediately. We have a variety of room types and rates on offer, all of which can be explored online before booking. Thank you also for your comments on breakfast and our staff - we agree they are a credit to us and therefore we cannot tolerate aggressive behaviour towards them. It is also not acceptable to shout at other residents and so we cannot rescind that you were asked to leave.

Dear John, Thanks for your feedback - it is disappointing to read that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. When booking you selected a King Size Room with ensuite & Shower, which was provided. We have a photo gallery of all our rooms with room dimensions on the website, for guests who wish to conduct further research on where they will be staying. I am also sorry to read that the room was too hot, we are experiencing some of the hottest weather we have had for years, we are doing our best to offset this by providing a fan in each room on arrival.
