“The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated.”

“We had stayed at a different hotel the night before (when this location was sold out) and it was less than ideal. We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed. “this is a safe feeling area for the down town location. we loved the furnished kitchen and full refrigerator -and the breakfast was excellent! lots of parking -even for our trailers. ”

“If I could give a negative I would. The fire alarm went off 3 nights straight for an hour at 1 am and the staff did nothing . The front desk guy was no where to be found for hours and half the staff are friends just joking around . We came here for a wrestling national tournament and when we went to cancel our remaining 3rd night the manager said she need to call the VP of the property to confirm if she could even cancel our room which is absurd and ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down...
