Good space in room (compare with other hotel room in Tokyo) with bath, kitchen, workspace and small couch. Very small tv and make sure you book the whole visit in advance. If you try to extend 1 night you get robed.”

“Very grand hotel, clean spacious rooms (for japan) with comfy beds. The bathrooms could use some updating/renovating but its nothing that bothered us. The terrace restaurant is a cool place to hangout with a cocktail or eat dinner in the evening. “Great Hotel near Narita Airport with shuttle busses that go to the airport and to the malls. Big rooms with good air conditioning. Wonderful service and staff, especially the Chief Concierge Mr. Seki who helped us with our luggage problem. Highly recommend this hotel.”
