âLovely owner & lovely grounds. Sadly the shower cut out every time we used it resulting in a blackout of electricity. Sometimes this would return after 2 minutes sometimes 10 minutes. We stayed 9 days. â
âthe hotel has a very beautiful view ! but hot tub didnât have hot water, place was dirty in my opinion like shower had rust and wasnât the cleanest. There was a bird stuck in the room chirping all night. We only completed 1/3 day stay. Staff was very friendly.
this place is also in the middle of nowhere do not recommend you drive here at night so many curves and NO light â

âThe property and the room were beautiful and rejuvenating. We were disappointed the restaurant closed before the time posted and we could not rent bicycles as we were led to believe. It was very quiet; you may feel a bit isolated if you donât have your own vehicle.â

After 20 minutes of inaction and repeated study of my booking receipt (on my iPhone), they said they would take 15 minutes to make up my room (confirmed by Max on the phone as the more expensive Deluxe Villa). 30 minutes later, they tried to put me in a Superior Villa. Reluctantly, after my insistence that I had booked the Deluxe Villa, they said they needed 15...
âThe address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still...
