"Smal Gym and excersise bike still not repaired since November"

"We stayed one night at Helka hotel. The stay itself was fine and the staff was very kind, but our room wasn't properly cleaned. We found visible dust in many places and a hair hanging on the towels dryer, as well as some small hair product bottle full of dust on the floor, probably left from another guest. There was mold in the sealing of the door in the shower (which wasn't closing properly and leaking water when we showered, but we reported it to the receptionist when we left). We didn't expect this kind of things from a four star hotel. If it wasn't for the cleaning, our stay would have been a 5 out of 5. I would like to highlight the breakfast, which was very good, with a good of variety and allergens clearly indicated."
