“I booked a smoke free King Room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. I called the front desk and she swear that room was non smoking and got loud with me so I hung up the phone. A few seconds later she calls back and she told me I can move into a new room. Which I did but that room needs maintenance done like the bathtub water goes out slow.
