âYou get what you pay for but no complaints at all. The staff we came across were friendly and helpful. Our room was basic and clean but had what we needed. Breakfast is self service . Good choice and great views across the valley. Itâs a good 10 minutes walk from the train station, all up hill so a taxi may be needed if you mobility is not too good. â
âThe room was ensuite and well equipped and we found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. We had the full English breakfast and were delighted with the high quality of the bacon etc. The swimming pool was heated and was available from early morning to late evening. The host -Craig - was always very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there again whenever visiting that area of Devon. â

They offered a great breakfast and dinner menu alongside a cozy pub atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent and our room was perfectly clean and restocked when we came back every day!
