HOUSE RULES:

It's your responsibility to share these rules with everyone in your group. Failure to do so may result in serious consequences:
1. Legal obligations: All guests must present their passport, complete a form for local authorities, and sign the rules. If refused, access to the accommodation may be refused to the entire group.
2. Outside guests: Prohibited in the accommodation.
3. Parties and nuisance: Strictly prohibited, including loud music or day and night disturbances.
4. Compliance with Moroccan law: Only married Moroccan couples can rent the accommodation.
5. Illegal behavior: Prostitutes and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Offenders will bear the legal consequences alone.
6. Non-smoking: No smoking indoors.
7. Quiet hours: Mandatory compliance from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
8. Pets: Not allowed.
9. Commercial use: Photos/videos of an advertising nature are prohibited.

Penalties: Failure to comply with the rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund and, in case of refusal to vacate the accommodation, an intervention by the local police.

Liability: In the event of an accident or death, neither the Company nor the Owner can be held liable. Tenants waive any claim or lawsuit.

Additional rules to understand and follow:

- Your check-in at the property with key handover is to be scheduled together between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. In order to respect the stay and tranquility of the group of travelers before you, and to allow time for our team of housekeepers to clean and prepare the space for your group, you cannot enter the space earlier.

- Your checkout from the accommodation is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on your departure day. In order to respect the stay and tranquility of the group of travelers after you, and to allow time for our team of housekeepers to clean the accommodation after your departure, you cannot leave the accommodation later.

- Please check your landing times at the airport on your arrival day, and your departure times on your departure day. Your check-in and checkout times must respect the times when our team is available to welcome you, and we do not have storage space for your luggage before your check-in or after your checkout.

- In order to provide you with the best possible experience, please be aware that logistical organization is important to accommodate you in the best conditions. Please let us know your check-in and checkout times as soon as your booking is confirmed so we can plan your check-in and checkout together.

- The property must be kept in good condition for the duration of your stay. If necessary, we can provide you with our team of housekeepers (for a fee).

- In case of property damage, breakage or electrical/plumbing problems, please let us know immediately for a quick response. Depending on the circumstances of a degradation or breakage, the Host reserves the right to request a refund from guests.

- Only the amenities and supplies mentioned in the listing are present in the accommodation: shower, air conditioning, freezer, kitchen, gas stove, hot water, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, Wi-Fi. The Host cannot be held responsible for the absence of equipment that is not indicated. You have the option to purchase the equipment and supplies you need during your stay directly from the supermarket
all doors and windows are securely locked and that you have turned off all electronics and lights when you leave the accommodation.
