This property is a superb base for a family of four or a couple looking to explore the Donkey Sanctuary which is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. As you enter this mid terraced bungalow via a set of patio doors, you will head into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring Devon. The kitchen is well equipped for any chef. The dining table provides a great space to enjoy a home-cooked meal, and the living area is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa and a 30” Smart TV with Freeview. The outdoor communal garden is a real suntrap with a picnic table outside each property, and it is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee whilst planning your adventurous day ahead. As the evening draws to a close, drift off to sleep within one of the two well-presented bedrooms. The first has a kingsize bed and the other has two single beds.
