“Super freundliches personal, schöner pool”

“Helpful staff. Very nice pool area. Clean room. ”

“The room was neglected; bugs were everywhere. The staff was very quick to help. Needs some updating. ”

“Super good- clean and nice stuff. The buffet was good but there is potential for improvement”

“Always trying to scam you in different ways. Claims we didn't pay the reservation despite it was paid for. Took us 35 min to check in.and we had to show payment slips and hotels own confirmation email. This hotel have absolutely no idea how to run a hotel or door understand hospitality. Ac broken in upper level. They didn't even try to fix it. Terrible stay. Took 80 dirham per night for tourist visa when it should be 10 dirhams per night.”

“The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa. There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms”

“This was the perfect place for relaxation and recovery after a cold winter. Very friendly atmosphere and extremely nice staff made us feel very welcome. ”

“It's so relaxing. Amenities are amazing. The animals are cute and fun.”

“The hotel was good ”

“This is one of the worst hotels i have ever visited in my life. First of all the hotel was far away from the address so we spent one fully paid night just to look for the hotel. It was no nearby the address given on hotels.com. We just arrived from abu dhabi and drove all the way to that hotel maybe 2.3 hours just to spend another 2.3 hours looking for the hotel. When we finally found it a receptionist named Prasant was in the receptionist and he did not seem interested at all what we told him....

“Clean, simple. It works.”

“The staff very proper and nice people, I felt safe in this quiet and peaceful place. I will definitely come back and book again for my next time I'm RAK”
