Actually, you have contacted us on arrival date by email request for refund your reservation by the reason "you cannot come to stay due to your travel plan has changed to another destination," then you were NO SHOW not coming to stay at our resort. Please kindly inform that we aim to provide the accommodation and service to our guests to be satisfied. However, we would apologize that we are not able to flexible for your reservation as you request. We just follow the cancellation policy stated clearly, in your booking voucher from Expedia, we believe that you have read before and after you booked our room (Free of charge if cancel 3 days before arrival date.)
