Best hotel in Siem Reap
Amazing hotel, and the service is impeccable! From the moment we arrived until the end of our (unfortunately short) stay all staff was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed or wanted. The rooms are lovely, the pool area beautiful, wifi is great and they even have Netflix in the rooms! It is a bonus that you get a (free) tuktuk ride in to Pub street whenever you need (even though it would probably only take 10 minutes to walk), and they also offer pick up and drop off service at the airport at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I could recommend this hotel enough! If you are in Siem Reap and looking for hotel ,this is a must! Delicoius breakfast ! Nice pool with bar! Friendly staff and english speaking! Spacious rooms!

The best hotel we come across! Excellent straff , friendly and good english talking. The breakfast was superb! The room was perfect! We eaven got an upgrade for free to a more spacoius room! No extra charge! They had some powerfailure and they offer us a free dinner with set menu (3 people) Very nice gesture! Are you in Siem Reap and looking for hotel? This is the place!

The folks at Khmer Mansion literally treated us like royalty from the minute we stepped onto their property. I've never experienced anything like it, in all my travels. I cannot rave enough about this hotel and its staff. And I'm not one to "rave" at all, really.

This property is one of the loveliest hotels imaginable. Although the hotel is small, the staff is amazing, the ambiance is charming, and the presentation is a model for what any six-star hotel should provide. There is a gym, spa, pool, swim-up bar, and serene decor. However, the service is better than we get at the top hotels. From the moment you drive up, be prepared to be surprised. The staff anticipates every need and is beyond incredible in every sense of the word. See the sites, take a vehicle to the Night Market/Pub Street. We definitely plan to return.

Came to this property as a place to stay to see Angkor Wat, the property ended up being our haven! The entire team goes above and beyond for you. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The pool is exactly what you need after a day of touring along with a great massage in the spa! Can't say enough good things about this property! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is gorgeous property with lush plants everywhere. The rooms are spectacular and a lovely welcome to the room with flower petals on the bed and my name spelled out. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

The staff was amazing, helpful recommendations, guidance on the cost of tuk tuks, and the hotel even has tuk tuks on staff so you know you are getting a fair price. They can even be hired for the 1/2 day or day. The pool has both sunny and shade options ( I enjoy having plenty of shade). Every time you walk in you’re greeted with a cold, jasmine scented hand towel, what great touch!

The place is very nice, clean, well kept up - a gem that is close to good areas to walk to in Siem Reap. The workout facility needs significant improvement if that is important. Overall, I would highly recommend it for singles, couples, or families. The food is very good, service is remarkable!

Would come back here anytime!
This hotel went above and beyond for service. We were treated as if we were the only ones there. The front desk greeted us with tea and cold towels as soon as we walked in. Considering it was 94 degrees it was so welcomed. Any question, any detail was treated immediately. We found ourselves hugging the staff before we left. One of our favorite front desk personnel even came with us to the airport to make sure we got off safely. Incredible stay and for an unbelievable great price.

Amazing service and superb hotel
The staff at this hotel were amazing - nothing was a problem at all. They looked after our group incredibly well. The room was really comfortable, the food was excellent - and the hotel offer a free tuk-tuk to the centre on Siem Reap. I cannot think of anything they could improve - I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best hotel ever
First of all I must say this hotel is the best one I have ever stayed at. All the staff members were so nice and friendly that I felt like I was at home from day 1. I will go back to Siem Reap to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The massage was very relaxing. And one of the staff members even remembered how I want my coffee with my breakfast. On New Year's Eve, they held a special event (@ $50). We had a nice dinner and had a wonderful time with the staff members and other guests. I was very happy to be able to start my 2020 with them. I really appreciate their hospitality. You should definitely choose this hotel.

A hidden gem in Siem Reap! If you want a 5 star quality hotel at a 2 star price, this is the place for you! Our room was spacious and clean and the pool with swim up bar was the perfect place to cool off after a hot day of touring. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and so incredibly friendly. Food was delicious and staff always asked about any food allergies or concerns before placing our order. Don’t skip the spa services either! The Khmer massage was relaxing and different from any other massage I have had. We didn’t want to leave this perfect spot!

Look no further!
Book it now! Stop torturing yourself reading reviews. It’s a tough decision because there are so many great boutique hotel in Siem Reap, but this one has got to be the finest! It’s on the outskirts of town, so quiet, yet a quick tuk tuk to anywhere. The staff are amazingly gracious, the food is terrific (especially the breakfast buffet), and the pool is the longest I’ve ever seen at a small hotel. The beds are so comfortable, the sheets sumptuous, the amenities perfect. I could not come up with a single complaint.

Just aññll perfect, service, food, beds, the massage at a convinient and excrllent, theu provide the trips to temples and the price was good snd the car and deiver also. The guide was execellent taking pictures to us and explaining everything. We will recomend this hotel to my friends por sure.
