The room matched the pictures. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was very close to Pub Street and the Night Market. The AC pointed toward the direction of the bed, which was nice, however other parts of the room like the sink, bathroom shower and bathroom toilet did not have AC coverage that strong. I do wish that the windows were covered to block the sunlight from heating the room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I mainly interacted with the guy who worked the night shift and he was very kind. I’d stay here again if I ever visit Siem Reap in the future.

I went to this hotel for check-in. But this hotel had electricity problems, so they took me another hotel that is far from downtown. Beside, my room had a lot of problems…. All towels were very dirty. Can’t lock the door. Can’t watch TV. Can’t use hair dryer…. No toilet paper…. I took pictures for them.

Dear KAZUMA, thank you for your feed back and we are so sad to hear that, after we have checked with our staff they said that due to EDC problem the AC is not working properly and before they move you to one our resort with big room we also did ask you first then you agreed to move, for the towels is not dirty it clean but it has stain the cleaner can't remove it out, you don't give us a chance to fix all problems you just only complain then you move back and we free upgrade to Solitaire Damnak Villa with big and more expensive room and you say you happy, then why!!

Small but very nice. Great service from manager. A few minutes walk from night market. Several restaurants within 250 meters catering to tourists and locals. We would stay again.

Was pretty disappointed with the hotel as was informed that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary and hotel promised to prepare the room and also we will be given a bottle of wine , no wine was given thru out our stay. Hotel free transfer was a shock to us too as the driver were holding a small size envelope with my name written on it, we have a hard time locating the pick up arrangement. Eventually found him after a good 15min walking up and down the pick up area and was bought to a tuk tuk instead of car for airport transfer, we had a good 15 min drive on the tuk tuk under hot sun, what a great way to welcome us. Check in was smooth as there is only less than 10 room so no mistake. Room was ok , Bed was ok , pillow smelly , toilet smelly. Plus point was there is a massage shop next door , restaurant next door sell nice local / western food, walking distance to pub street about 15min where you can dine and drinks. With this kind of pricing , I would not recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel Stay
The hotel was very nice. They upgraded our room without us asking. Saron was so wonderful! Conveniently located and a 5 min walk to Pub Street and local markets. The massage spot next door is awesome. The service was great and the people are very nice. We had an evening flight and they stored our luggage but then gave us a room to use to shower so we were fresh and clean for our flight home. Would highly recommend!

Great price for great location
Good location, about 8 minutes walk away from pub street, near to Hard Rock. There’s a convenience store just opposite the hotel, a massage place next door and restaurants around the area. Attentive and friendly service from staff. Great price for the location. Quiet street. Will stay here again.

The place was amazingly convenient. Walking distance to pretty much everything needed. The staff was good but the service overall was not great. It was kept clean but we consistently had problems with breakfast and the check in was a nightmare. They overbooked us and they had to take us to 5 different places before we had a room for a couple nights and they could bring us back.

Great value if loud pritchin doesn' bother you
Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Except its located next to the monastery and they are pritchinch on loud speakers all day long, so dont expect an afternoon nap.

The hotel was really nice and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly. They prepared us breakfast and even had a bagged breakfast waiting for us when we left for a trmple tour at 4am which we were not expecting. It is located next to a massage parlor which was clean and cheap and they were also amazing. Overall great experience. Highly recommended

When I arrived there was an issue with the original hotel room I had booked being overbooked and an issue with the swimming pool. The hotel Manager (Peter) booked me in a room at a sister hotel right across the street, and took care of the difference in price. This is just the beginning of the above and beyond outstanding treatment I experienced. Peter refunded one night stay. He treated me to a very nice dinner. My flight home was late in the day. Peter arranged for me to have access to a room (extremely late checkout!) so I had a place to shower before my flight. This was a huge favor due to high temperatures and humidity that leave you drenched if you venture out. Peter also personally gave me a ride to the airport. He and his staff are so friendly and make guests feel welcome. They are very knowledgeable about the area and are well connected to solutions for travelers. The restaurant (excellent food) and housekeeping staff and especially front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. They have excellent english and other language speaking skills. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one. Hope to be back again some day.

They upgraded us to another hotel which is around sala. We booked for massage but their massage room got problem so we ended up having massage in our own room. Staff are friendly.

Excellent location to pub street. There were mosquitoes in the room and it would have been gd if we had a separate shower head from the rain tree shower. Apart from that, the rooms were comfortable and the staff working there were helpful.

Sehr gute Lage
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt total zufrieden. Frühstück konnte von einer Menukarte bestellt werden, was bei einem kleinen Hotel durchaus Sinn macht. Die Lage ist genial, sehr zentral gelegen, Nähe Old Market. Zu Fuss sind die Pubstreet, sowie diverse Märkte gut erreichbar. Personal war freundlich und bat die Hilfe stets an.

物超所值的酒店
因新起的酒店，裝修風格很獨特 服務人員很親切，特別是酒店餐廳的員工 早餐雖然選擇少，但可以吃完再叫，吃到飽為止 缺點是淋浴的是花灑（蓮蓬頭），出水量少。 晚上9點以後，附近的酒店餐廳會播音樂，直到凌晨二時左右，淺眠的人要帶耳塞。 酒店包一次機場接送，已經很滿足。

清潔なデザイナーホテル
快適な滞在でした。オシャレでベランダもあり眺めもいいです。スタッフはいつも笑顔で対応もしっかりしています。若いスタッフが一生懸命働いている様子が見ていて気持ちが良かったです。 立地もいいです。お寺のすぐそばですので、トゥクトゥクにもWat Damnakと言えばすぐに通じました。ホテルの斜め前の角にあるレストランがオススメです。クリーニング店も目の前にあり仕上げてフロントに預けてくれます。パブストリートまで歩いて5分くらいです。 快適な滞在をありがとうございました！

little hotel just a bridge away from pubstreet
The hotel is well run and in very good location, close but far enough from pub street. Breakfast is a-la-carte and very nice, specially the asian options. Go for the bigger rooms.

Lovely guesthouse in Siem Reap
Great small hotel a short walk to the centre. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

入住7晚，床太軟，床褥好像没有支撑力，睡完還比没睡攰，洗手間清洁不足，花洒水力不夠，早餐还可以，隣近酒吧街和夜市，附近有便利店和食肆，酒店代叫的tuck tuk收費不確實，説好US15，酒店竟收US32，后来擾讓一番，才收回US15

Location was great, very convenient. Staff was friendly and being helpful to our travelling plan. Room was a bit dark and had flys and insects.

早餐好吃有誠意
想租單車或機車，可直接請櫃臺安排，價錢與外頭店面差不多，重點是不需要到路邊到處尋覓，車直接送到旅館。但不建議租電動機車，騎乘大圈大概三十公里上下，電力會不足，我們斷電失去動力在3.5公里外，問了些路人都不知道該去哪裏充電，最後在某一加油站找到免費充電處，充了大約十分鐘上路，還是撐不到家，牽車牽了七百公尺左右，幸好平安歸來。 早餐有七八種選擇，現點現做可無限制加點，我喜歡noodle soup米線，滿對味的，好吃。早餐服務人員盡心盡力，笑臉迎人，讓我的ㄧ天有美好的開始。 可惜浴室備品感覺摻了水，泡沫不足，頭好像都洗不乾淨。

Excelente escolha em Siem Reap!
O hotel é bem novo, pessoal da recepção, limpeza e café da manhã muito amigáveis e atenciosos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com frutas, pães, croissants, manteiga, geléia, leite, café, etc. O quarto tem Wi-Fi bem rápido e estável, cama confortável, frigobar com 2 águas gratuitas, kit de banheiro, varanda, etc. É próximo do Hard Rock Cafe, Pub Street, mercadinhos de bairro, feirinhas (flea markets), etc. O recepcionista pode the ajudar com um mapa de Siem Reap e a agendar os passeios para as ruínas de Angkor de tuk tuk, carro ou can. Ficamos no 3o andar, mas com gorjetas os menina do hotel ajudam a subir com as malas.

מיקום טוב. קרוב לשוק הלילה ולרחוב הברים. שרות טוב ונעים מלון בוטיק מומלץ. אין מעלית במלון והחדר שלי היה בקומה שלישית. לא הפריע לי אבל כדאי לקחת בחשבון אם מזמינים חדר בקומה עליונה.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit familiärem Charakte
Zimmer wirklich sehr schön und stylisch. Hotel hat sogar kleinen Pool. Personal war sehr nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert was man dort unternehmen kann.

The hotel is very good in general. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean with no insects or mosquitoes. Itmis near to the pub street. The breakfasts provided are very nice in quality. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

nice rooms. excellent service. helpful staff.vase in room had mosquito larva, just changed the water ourselves. rain shower head was good but needs to be cleaned as deposits from dried water would change the direction of the spray. some cobwebs in hard to reach areas. all else is great. prepared breakfast for early flight.
