Civico116 is a small, recently renovated open space, located in the historic center of Siena, in the Contrada della Lupa, a few steps from Piazza del Campo and the Basilica of San Francesco.

It's located in a quiet area, despite its central location, it's ideal for those who want to fully experience the city, moving around on foot. In a few steps you can reach all the main places of interest and numerous bars, restaurants or supermarkets.

It's on the first floor with a lift, immediately after the entrance there is the the bathroom, comfortable and with a large shower.

The bedroom overlooks the living area and here there is both the double bed and the sofa bed.

In the apartment you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay, there is a functional kitchen available, equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners independently.

In the apartment there is heating, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

Towels and bed linen are available for guests.

The apartment is at the complete disposal of guests, it has independent access, but I will always be available to guests via email or telephone.
