“The hotel is located only one block from the main plaza in Cuenca which is a prime location. The apartments are wonderful; so much nicer than staying in just a hotel room. Security is good, and the staff friendly and helpful. ”

“Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. Vi algunos colibris en el jardín y la familia es muy bonito, habla Quechua y español. Es un camino corto desde el centro de Otavalo pero sentí seguro en caminar allí. So much quieter than other properties in the center of the city. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and I felt safe walking to and from the downtown area for other meals. The owners are wonderful and speak Quechua as well as Spanish. Some beautiful long-tailed hummingbirds were out in the garden.”

“A bit noisy and when we checked out the guy didn't speak a word of english. This was something we liked when we arrived - that the guy in the reception spoke english.”

“The hotel has a classic business feeling to it and the rooms on the higher floors do have nice views. Free wifi is another plus. However, the attitude of the staff is rather snobbish and the walls of the rooms are way (!) too thin. When I pay this much for a room I don't expect to hear every word of my neighbours skype conversation. That's simply not ok.”

“Mycket trevligt hotell med fin inredning och trevlig service/personal. Välstädat och verkade fräscht. Lite enklare frukost men helt ok med toast, frukt, omelett eller scrambled eggs, youghurt, flingor, kaffe eller the och jättefin utsikt. Tyvärr ingen matsal för middag. Lite lyhört mot innergården. Ligger centralt i historiska Quito med sevärdheterna på kort promenads avstånd.”
