"Wonderful hotel that I really can recommend. The staff is fantastic and always helpful with a smile. I liked my room and also the breakfast. I didn't have time to try the gym but the rooftop pool area is great. It's a 20 minute walk or so to be in downtown San Sebastian but this was through a nice park so only good with some walking. I will definitely come back!"

"Old room, damaged floor, some minor mould on ceiling, buggy light controls. Thin walls - you can hear people in adjacent rooms when they are taking shower, or talking loudly. Gym entry is not included in price - huge mistake by the establishment. Pool & pool area are standard, nothing to write home about. Restaurant is good, but relatively expensive. Ample parking in a garage under the hotel."
