This home being a part of a duplex unit, means that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with the other unit. When renting this unit, you will have access to the shared backyard along with the side of the building, shared pool and yard area with barbecue. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Your furry friend is welcome! This property is dog-friendly for dogs under 25 lbs with an additional $250 pet fee. Breed restrictions apply. Please notify us in advance if you'll be bringing a pet.
