Thank you for staying at Beach Road - Capri. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Late check-outs must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the time of check-out (10:00AM). This guest requested a late check-out at 9:20AM the morning of their check-out however we still approved it and attempted to notify the cleaning company but since this was a Sunday morning, we could only leave them a message.

Thank you for staying and sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay as much as many other have. I question if the person who wrote this review stayed at the unit. 1. There is a towel rack in the bathroom as pictured in the listing as well as hooks for clothing behind and on the back of the door. 2. Can opener would have been replaced if notified (must not have been obviously broken during inspection prior to check-in). The only cookware that comes with the unit is a stainless steel pan set. 3. The unit is setup for short stays unlike this guest who was there almost a month. We advised the guest regarding this and they decided to keep the booking. The closet in the bed area as well as under the metal frame bed provides ample space for luggage. 6. As pictured there is 0 room for another nightstand the one night stand and bed reach from wall to wall. 7. Notice of malfunctioned charger would have been replaced if notified. 8. All furnishings apart from the coffee table and folding dining table are within 12 months old. We will be replacing those two items soon.

Thanks for staying. We did get in contact with the guest within 1 minute of the notice from guest however they told us they had already gotten in. Keys are onsite, so there would be no reason for manager to "bring a key".

This is disclosed in the lease agreement shown prior to anyone making a reservation. One of the first sections of the property information sent 1 week prior to, 1 day prior to, and 3 hours prior to check-in is called "What to Bring" and this section also describes what is and what is not provided so that guests can come prepared.

Must be referring to the brand new Murphy bed with queen bed, brand new sofa, brand new super quiet mini-split a/c system, brand new dishware, brand new Keurig coffee maker, brand new beach chairs, etc. Guest reported no issues during their stay.
