“We found the property very dated and not clean. The shower was dirty with mildew on the tile/grout, and the showerhead had lime/green buildup. The windows, blinds, and window sills were filthy. The kitchen cabinets had ants/small bugs so food storage was a concern. The living room furniture and pillows were filthy. The bedroom needs blackout curtains as the neighbor's light is on all night and the bedroom is lit up all night. Properties behind us had college kids partying until after 2 am on...
