Boasting views of the Aegean Sea, "Black Tower Villa" in the semi-remote town of Apollonia offers a stylish and tranquil setting for a relaxing getaway. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with two sofa beds (each suitable for one person), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.



The villa features a private outdoor space with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. The terraces offer a magnificent view of Kastro. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in the village of Exambela, with public transport links within walking distance.



Free parking is available on the street approximately 300 meters from the property. Please note there is an uphill walk of about 8 minutes to reach the villa, as the traditional village area is not accessible by private car. Motorcycles can be parked directly next to the building.



Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the premises due to the presence of animals in the area that may enter the garden.



The following are strictly not allowed in the villa under any circumstances:

- Pets

- Smoking or vaping

- Parties or gatherings

- Any event hosting more than four people besides the registered guests
