Dear Melek,We find your rating very unfair and feel that you should have done more research yourself before booking a stay at our boutique hotel, because clearly you were looking for a different kind of accommodation and service.Prior to your arrival, we repeatedly tried to contact you to receive information about your arrival, to provide you with warm welcome as due to our small and initimate size, we do not have a 24h reception. Regretfully, you ignored all our messages and never contacted us back with more information. Since we did not know when and if you would be coming, we sent you further instructions for self-check-in and prepared the key for you.We only found out about your arrival, when you conctacted us from the room with some questions about jacuzzi. Our staff immediately responded and addressed your queries.During your short stay with us, you constantly had 'do-not-disturb' sign on the door, not allowing us to do daily housekeeping of your room, and otherwise rejected any contact made by our kind and helpful staff.We pride ourselves with the warm and attentive room service as well as breakfast which we prepare fresh every morning according to guest's personal preferences and requirements and deliver it to the room. As a small operation, we are continously in touch with the guests during their stay to offer assistance and make sure that they have a comfortable and memorable stay.Since you did not wish to speak to any of us and you never provided any feedback during your stay to enhance your experience, it was difficult for us to do anything better or differently.We do recommend that next time you book a stay in a large anonymous hotel where you do not need to have any contact with the staff.Wishing you all the best!
