Welcome to Gîte des Courtils, located in the heart of the Loire Valley, at the gateway to the Sologne region and the famous Loire châteaux. This gîte, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is ideal for a family holiday, a getaway with friends, or a stopover on the Loire à Vélo cycling route, thanks to its "Accueil Vélo" (Cyclist Welcome) label. Just 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris and 30 minutes from Orléans, you'll enjoy a prime location for discovering the treasures of the Loiret region and the Loire landscapes.

From the gîte, explore Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire (20 min), Sully-sur-Loire and its château (20 min), or Germigny-des-Prés (10 min) and its remarkable Carolingian oratory. Just a few minutes away, the Passeurs de Loire (Loire River Ferrymen) in Sigloy offer traditional boat trips to discover the river from a different perspective. Nestled between heritage sites, nature trails, cycling routes, and excursions in the Sologne region, the Gîte des Courtils is an ideal base for discovering the authentic charm of the Loire Valley. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room (wood-burning stove not in use), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a separate toilet with a macerator and washbasin; and another bedroom with three single beds (90 cm) (two of which can be joined to make a king-size bed (180 cm)).

Guests can enjoy the 200 m² garden with its garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and outdoor games (pétanque, badminton net, rackets, children's games, etc.). There is a private parking space on the property and several public parking spaces nearby.

All-inclusive rate: This includes bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. You have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged on-site to the hosts).

Pets are welcome for an additional €3 per pet per night.
Check-in from 4 pm and check-out at 10 am.
