âDe kallar sig sjĂ€lva ett lyxhotell och 5-stjĂ€rnigt, men den som förvĂ€ntar sig det kommer att bli oerhört besviken. Jag skulle pĂ„ sin höjd ge detta hotell tre stjĂ€rnor. Allt i beskrivningen och bilderna lĂ„ter mycket bĂ€ttre Ă€n vad det Ă€r. Vill man bara sova nĂ„gonstans och bo centralt kan detta hotell duga, men den som verkligen vill ha den service och de faciliteter man kan förvĂ€nta sig pĂ„ ett lyxhotell bör inte göra sig besvĂ€r att boka detta hotell. âoverall I loved the place. The standard room does not have a wardrobe which i was not aware of. That was a little inconvenient for me. The locker is located under the bed so accessibility is inconvenient again. My floor was very noisy because of others who were staying but when i complained it was handled to some extent. It's safe very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a decent spreadâ
âA very nice stay at this Hotel. The newly renovated part was the best part of the Hotel. Nice clean rooms and an overall nice, friendly envorinment.
The staff were all very helpful. Good breakfast and a relaxing pool and garden area.â

âThis is really a terrific Hotel i will recommend. The staf will do everything to make you feel comfortable, nice and clean room and an excellent breakfast. The neighbourhood is also really good with nice restaurants and UB city/Brigade Street nearby. You wont regret booking this Hotel. â
âOne cannot expect more than this from this great staff at this Hotel - Perfect service and care provided by all at front desk , reception -Saif , John and Ram . Good breakfast service and staff was helpful â

âI stayed here for just a few hours . The place is awesome ! Staff very polite and courteous.
I will certainly come back here next time I have to stay in Bangalore .
The only difficulty I had was to reach the bath towels.. the rack is meant for 9 ft tall people not for 5 ft people like me ! đ apart from that I had a very relaxed and comfortable stay . â
âWe loved our stay at the property. The staff and helpers were very professional, and always ensured the highest quality of service. They even went above and beyond with little gestures after we provided them with feedback, which was very nice.
Special mention to Harshita, Sarupa, Savan, David, and many others whose names I cannot remember.
I will definitely be staying at the property when I am back in Bangalore next time.â
