Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned, single-storey house with a private swimming pool for rent in the town of Sillans-la-Cascade. It has a floor area of 85 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,500 m² in a very quiet residential area. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob...
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140x190) and a walk-in wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds and a walk-in wardrobe
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasins
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: high chair and cot (provided free of charge), washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- Private swimming pool, fenced and fitted with an alarm (dimensions: 3.77 x 6.27 m), heated on request at an additional cost. It is open from 1 April to 31 October, and heating is available from March to June and from September to the end of October.
- A beautiful 1,500 m² garden, partly enclosed
- A 12 m² north-facing terrace with a table and chairs
- A 10 m² south-facing terrace with a table, chairs and a barbecue

The house is ideally situated in Sillans-la-Cascade, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Activities:
Lake Sainte-Croix is nearby (rafting, canoeing, etc.) and you can visit all the small villages of the Haut-Var region, which host night markets

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private outdoor car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train stations: Hyères or Aix-en-Provence, approximately 1 hour 20 minutes by car
- Nearest airports: Marseille Provence or Nice, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by car

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
