It features an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,500 m² garden in a very quiet residence. The apartment comprises
- 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1&2: with double bed (140x190), dressing room
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds, dressing room
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair + cot (provided free of charge), washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- Private, fenced-in swimming pool with alarm (dimensions: 3.77 x 6.27 m), heated on request at extra charge. The pool is open from April 1 to October 31, and heating is available from March to June and from September to the end of October.
- A lovely 1,500 m² garden, partly enclosed

Lac de sainte croix nearby ( rafting, canoeing, ...) and visits to all the little villages of the haut var with night markets.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot.

- Nearest train stations: Hyères or Aix-en-Provence, about 1h20 by car.
- Nearest airports: Marseille provence or Nice, about 1h30 by car.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.

All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
