'Le Paradis de Bornachon': Country Cottage with Mountain Views

Located in the picturesque hamlet of Sillingy, just 15 km from the famous Lake Annecy, this countryside cottage welcomes you to a preserved natural setting between majestic mountains and green fields. Set in a fully renovated 1880 Savoyard farmhouse, the property combines authenticity, modern comfort, and a warm atmosphere.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious and bright living area with a dining space, a cozy lounge with sofa, armchairs, TV, and board games, plus a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, storage, and shower room. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.



Upstairs, three bedrooms with comfortable bedding, storage, and unique decor await you: two with double beds and one with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet are also on this floor.



Outside, enjoy a shaded terrace perfect for outdoor meals and a sunny terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and countryside. Garden furniture includes a table, chairs, and loungers. Private parking for up to 3 vehicles is available.



Many activities are nearby: hiking, nature walks, mountain biking from the house, Domaine du Tornet with lake, fishing, playground, picnic area, and Lake Annecy for swimming, pedal boating, paddleboarding, boating, cycling path, and beaches. Paragliding is possible at Col de la Forclaz with views over the lake. Discover the charming villages of Annecy-le-Vieux, Talloires, and Menthon-Saint-Bernard.



Bed linen and towels are provided, final cleaning is included, and you’ll receive a personalized welcome. Check-in from 4:30 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Pets are not allowed and the property is non-smoking.
