The "Chesa Lagrev-Schucan" is an old family house with a personal atmosphere and all modern comforts. The house and its furnishings - furniture, books, pictures, radio, colour TV - are available to our guests without restriction.

- The house is situated in the centre of the village of Sils Baselgia, opposite the Parkhotel Margna and the former Pensiun Chastè. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away.

- The house comprises two flats:
- Flat for 5-7 persons on the 1st ground floor & 1st floor (incl. terrace with morning and afternoon sun)
- Flat for 2-5 persons on the 2nd floor (incl. balcony with view of the lake and afternoon/evening sun)

- The hallway on the ground floor and the staircase to the 1st floor are used by guests of both flats.
- The flats and kitchens are fully equipped.
- Other living room equipment (living room 1): TV, books (adults & children), information brochures
- Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): Chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair, 2 chairs

Our holiday home and the two flats are ideal for family holidays with several generations, but also as a retreat for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Sils is a place of strength. This can even be measured. But what's the point if you fall for the magic of the landscape at first sight anyway?
Writers such as Nietzsche, artists such as Beuys and musicians such as David Bowie have been inspired by the fantastic expanse and this magical light and have contributed to Sils being considered THE cultural centre in the Engadin today. Guests from all over the world and the locals proudly and with good reason refer to Sils as a place of energy and power. This is because particularly high "Bovis values" have been measured here.
Idyllically nestled between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana, the village lies at the gateway to the romantic Fex Valley and is the perfect starting point for walks in the vastness of this sun-drenched landscape. In winter, the Fex Valley is best explored by horse-drawn sleigh.
If you want to go higher, you will find a variety of hiking and mountain tours on the local mountain, Furtschellas. And a trip on Lake Sils with Europe's highest scheduled boat is a particularly impressive way to enjoy the mountain scenery.
Sils is also a perfect starting point for winter hikes and cross-country skiing tours through the expanse of frozen lakes, which nestles snugly against the local mountain, Furtschellas. From here, you can quickly get even higher up - to Corvatsch with the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps (3303 metres above sea level). And from there, 120 pretty sporty kilometres of pistes lead back down into the valley.
