There was no electricity on due to light company turning power off. Also said I had pay cash. That they do not accept online reservations. Did not give my money bk. I never checked in

Very seedy place. They had no idea we had reservations. They are not affiliated with Expedia at all. They did not honor our reservation! I was told that they don’t even give you door key, they let you in room, just call, they say… I doubt very seriously that I will ever be in that situation again!

The dirtiest place ever!!
This is the most horrible place to stay!! The rooms are dirty, most the lights don’t work, the fridge didn’t work and was full of mold!! When I finally found a light to turn on I realized that the place was infested with roaches! Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else!

Worst scam ever
The owner was extremely unplesant when trying to check in. Practically threw everything at me and would not honor the online price. Then told hotels.com the extra 20 was a deposit i would get back and that they would send someone to fix all the messed up stuff in the room which they NEVER did! Between it being dirty and smelling like cigarettes in a non smoking room. There were roaches and burn holes in all blankets, curtains were tore up, and bathroom doors were moldy. The water didnt work in my room either. The only semi nice part was the pool and hot tub.

Not the best
Serious cleanliness issues. I squashed multiple roaches on the walls. Im sure that the 3/8” gap under the door leading to outside did not help either.

Property had laundry and pool, but other than that, room had damaged holes in the walls poorly patched up, cockroaches everywhere in room, cigarette burns in blankets and bedding, and surfaces not cleaned well.

They will upcharge you after you paid the full price on hotels.com. they will tell you the rooms you paid for are all taken and make you pay more for the exact same room you paid for on hotels.com an you have no choice because there is nothing else around. Will never stay again!!

The GPS location of the hotel was incorrect, it showed it in the middle of the expressway over a mile away form the actual location. Call the hotel to get the right directions. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was very nice.

I was ok with my check in taking a little long because they were overwelmed with people evacuating from Hurricane Ida. I was ok with condition of some stuff because they are rentavating.

Understand it under renovation room was clean need touch paint and seal...also recommend signage in rooms that quite is 10pm to 6am even for monthly stays

The guy that checked me in talked me into paying more for what he called a nicer, upgraded room when in fact the room was not even finished and there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door. We had to put a towel down at the door to keep the room cool and keep bugs out.

Good Older Hotel
Hotel is older and dated but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Bed was comfortable, internet worked well. Close to several restaurants. Plenty of parking.
