I was in touch with the Kentucky owner, Glen, immediately after I was aware of the Yellowstone flooding. I could have totally avoided the NE entrance to Yellowstone. We had thousands spent for this "dream of a lifetime", retirement vacation. I questioned you, Glen, if everything was open, with a reply of YES. PLEASE, be TOTALLY honest with your guest. You knew I was also asking about the NE entrance to Yellowstone, as you are only 1/2 mile app. from it. I guess I should not assume that you would have been honest in your answer. The ALMIGHTY DOLLAR must reign above GOD in your heart. Stand in your guest shoes, be a man of God, shame on you. John, your caretaker was the BEST, because of him, our time was great. But you Glen, I and the other renters that you possibly have misled deserve an apology. God bless you and have mercy upon you. (We were told by the NE entrance gate ranger, possibly 3 years before reopening that entrance because of the infrastructure that lays damaged throughout the park.) From a 1000 cars a day to 0. My heart hurts and I pray for financial struggles that lie ahead, for the communities of SilverGate and Cooke City. Remember, if you remain honest and truthful with God , he will show the way. Again, shame on you Glen Turner, you are not a struggling local of this wonderful community.
