“Our room was clean, however there was a mildew y smell from the carpet and the sofa. I asked the main desk for air freshener, which they provided, which helped. The front office staff at night was not particularly welcoming, but the ladies who were on duty During the day were very helpful. ”

“We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help.
