“The a/c was making a horribly loud noise. I reported it to the front desk and was told someone would be there and to give them time. One hour later and no one came. I asked again and was told maintenance was called and would be coming. I waited another 45 minutes and politely asked to move rooms or be allowed a refund and check out.
