When you walk in the decor is extremely outdated, potted fake plants with dust on them that look like they've been sitting there since 1985, a clock that doesn't work. It felt like a museum. “The stay was nice and the bed and room were comfy and beautiful but the only complaints I have was this 1. Our room was not cleaned or had fresh towels our entire 3 day stay and I called and asked multiple times each day and arrived to our bed not made and the towels on the floor 2. Our phone in our room didn’t work and I asked to have it replaced and was also ignored 3. It would be a lot better to have a pool or spa room for a 4 star hotel 4. “AC was effective and quiet. Pillows were not very comfortable. Would have liked a couple firm and a couple soft. I liked having the choice of eggs and sausage at breakfast. OJ was good.”

“The sofa bed in our room was broken. The whole frame was bent at the bottom so my kids kept sliding off overnight. breakfast was cold, all of it. We got there right when they opened it. We got a good nights sleep for cheap and that’s why we booked the hotel so none of that was a huge issue. The air conditioning worked, the pool is heated, the staff is friendly. The place needs a little makeover but we got what we paid for minus the bed the kids couldn’t sleep in.”
