“My room on the 3rd floor was large and the bed was good, but there was no lid on the toilet -- and toilets should always have lids unless they're in medical facilities where urine tests are given. “The room was clean but bathroom had bad odor.Amenities was one tiny soap but I always travel with toiletries. Upon having guests they should check to make sure everything is on and working.EG.refridgerator and a/c there was no internet.Tv had 4 channels 3 of which is spanish...Happy I was there for 2 nights ac until so loud had hard time sleeping.”

“With the ADR we paid, we would have appreciated the cleaning to be done between Night 1 and night 2. (And not Upon request) We own 3 hotels, two in Miami beach (a Kimpton + a Marriott Autograph) and another one in Lisbon, among the most exclusive in town (Palacio Ludovice) we never proposed our guests to ask for a cleaning….”
